JaMykal, Head Elder

JaMykal is the firstborn son and child to his father and mother.  He was born in the Netherlands and later raised in Italy for roughly 9yrs.  Being raised in a christian household, he was quickly introduced to the Bible and a religious lifestyle at a very young age. 

While in Europe, his father planted and oversaw many churches for the PAW (Pentecostal Assemblies of the World), one of the largest Pentecostal organizations.  During this time, JaMykal witnessed and internalized important virtues from his father such as dedication, patience, and structure.  He and his family then relocated to Youngstown, Ohio where they spent several years and attended Mount Calvary church; a well known and established PAW church.  His father served in leadership while at Mount Calvary and aided the pastor (the late Bishop Norman L Wagner).  During these years, JaMykal observed and absorbed many things, such as a "servant leader" is a more effective leader and leaders are to be the example.  In 2004 JaMykal and his family relocated to San Antonio, Texas and his father started CMIC (Christ Ministries International Church, a PAW church) where JaMykal served as the Youth Pastor and Head Music Director for roughly 10yrs.  During that time, JaMykal further cultivated his understanding of musical worship, sound leadership, but most importantly, the understanding of God's word.  Also, he challenged himself to understand beyond the limiting boundaries set by mainstream religion.  At the latter end of these years, JaMykal increased his faith; he learned and understood the biblical, historical, and scholastic evidence of many "African Americans" and "blacks" being indeed the descendants of an ancient and royal bloodline; the Children of Israel.  Much of Israel has greatly fallen away from God's law, therefore, JaMykal has heeded to the call of reaching out to God's lost sheep and pointing them back to the written code of holiness.  

For over 6yrs, JaMykal has been the Head Elder of 1&12 Assembly, teaching fresh biblical truth, and with much study, bringing forth impactful and revelatory sense of the word of God.  He's a husband to a wonderful wife and a father to four wonderful children.  Elder JaMykal looks forward to fellowshipping with you at 1&12 Assembly. 

Jonathan is the firstborn son to his father.  He was raised in San Antonio, Texas where his mother brought him up under the faith and structure of Christianity.

Jonathan has served as a Minister, Youth Leader, and Music Director for several churches in the San Antonio area, such as NDM (New Dimension Ministries)  and CMIC (Christ Ministries International Church).  These experiences and environments helped shape and sharpen leadership, patience, and many other qualities in him.  He was later introduced to the notion that God wanted more from him.  He began to search the scriptures for further truth and confirmation.  He humbly received the God given confirmation and evidences of the greater truth regarding the identity of the Children of Israel and what God is requiring of them.  Jonathan accepted the call to reach out to the lost sheep of the House of Israel and to help them grown in God.

For several years, Jonathan has served as the Right Hand Elder of 1&12 Assembly.  Through sound preaching, he encourages God's people to be hearers and doers of God's word.  He is a husband to a wonderful wife and a father to three wonderful children.  Elder Jonathan looks forward to fellowshipping with you at 1&12 Assembly.
